LANGKAWI, 6–9 November 2025 – The Faculty of Human Ecology (FEM) conducted the Nationhood, Leadership, and Teamwork Course at the National Training Centre, Langkawi, Kedah, with the collaboration of the Malaysian National Academics as facilitators. The course involved 80 FEM staff members, including academic, non-academic, and support personnel, and aimed to enhance leadership skills and teamwork among faculty staff. The course was designed with several key objectives guiding the implementation of its activities:
Throughout the course, participants engaged in interactive activities, practical exercises, and knowledge-sharing sessions aimed at fostering collaboration, creativity, and leadership skills. These activities provided opportunities for participants to apply their learning directly in the context of their respective roles.
The course is expected to motivate staff and provide new experiences, while enabling them to apply contemporary leadership knowledge and teamwork skills to drive excellence at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) broadly and within the Faculty of Human Ecology specifically. - End |
