SERDANG, 27 August 2026 – The Faculty of Human Ecology (FEM), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), recently organised a Briefing on the Implementation of Hybrid Working Arrangements (HWA) to provide faculty members with information on the policy and implementation procedures for hybrid working arrangements at UPM. The briefing, held at the Meeting Room, Faculty of Human Ecology, was delivered by Puan Nurhanisah Sadun, Deputy Registrar. The session aimed to provide clarification and enhance understanding among FEM staff regarding the implementation of HWA in accordance with the policies, provisions and guidelines established by Universiti Putra Malaysia. Through this session, faculty members had the opportunity to gain further insight into the implementation of Hybrid Working Arrangements and the key matters that require attention to ensure that the initiative is carried out in a systematic and effective manner. It is hoped that the information shared during the briefing will provide FEM staff with a clearer understanding of the Hybrid Working Arrangements and contribute towards ensuring their smooth and effective implementation at the faculty level.
