SERDANG, 6 May 2026 – The Faculty of Human Ecology (FEM) conducted the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Internal Audit from 5 to 6 May 2026 as part of its continuous efforts to ensure compliance and enhance the faculty’s quality management system. The internal audit, which took place at FEM, involved the review of work processes, procedures, and compliance with the implementation of the quality management system among faculty members. The audit was led by Mdm. Noorizajune Abu Bakar, Senior Assistant Registrar from the Faculty of Educational Studies, who served as FEM’s Chief Internal Auditor for 2026. Throughout the audit process, all FEM staff members were required to ensure that work processes were carried out in accordance with the established procedures and guidelines, while also being prepared to serve as auditees either physically or online. As the closing event of the audit, the FEM ISO 9001:2015 QMS Internal Audit Closing Meeting was held on 6 May 2026 at 4.00 p.m. The faculty management attended the meeting physically at the FEM Dean’s Meeting Room, while other faculty members participated online.
