Faculty of Human Ecology Briefing on EKSA Implementation Strengthens Quality Work Culture



SERDANG, 8 May 2026 – The Faculty of Human Ecology (FEM), Universiti Putra Malaysia, organised the Faculty of Human Ecology EKSA Implementation Briefing on 8 May 2026 at the Al-Fansuri Seminar Room, FEM.



The briefing session, which was held from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m., was delivered by Mr. Zamre Yaacob and attended by members of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) Committee of the Faculty of Human Ecology.

The programme was organised to strengthen understanding of EKSA implementation at the faculty level, while enhancing the committee’s commitment towards cultivating a conducive, systematic, and quality-driven working environment.





Throughout the session, participants were briefed on various aspects of EKSA implementation, including workspace management, cleanliness, office organisation, and continuous improvement practices aimed at creating a more comfortable and efficient working environment.

The implementation of this programme is in line with FEM’s ongoing efforts to strengthen a culture of workplace excellence and improve the quality of organisational service delivery. In addition, the briefing also served as a platform to foster teamwork and shared responsibility among EKSA committee members to ensure that EKSA practices are implemented effectively and continuously within the faculty. – END –
