The programme was organised to strengthen understanding of EKSA implementation at the faculty level, while enhancing the committee’s commitment towards cultivating a conducive, systematic, and quality-driven working environment.
Throughout the session, participants were briefed on various aspects of EKSA implementation, including workspace management, cleanliness, office organisation, and continuous improvement practices aimed at creating a more comfortable and efficient working environment. The implementation of this programme is in line with FEM’s ongoing efforts to strengthen a culture of workplace excellence and improve the quality of organisational service delivery.
