Applicants who have academic qualifications may apply through the Unit Pusat Universiti (UPU), the Ministry of Higher Education or apply directly at Division Of Admission & Division Of Academic Governance
Course registration is a registration process that MUST be done by all current/old students and new students in the Student Information System (SMP) before the new study session begins.
Course registration is done ONLINE (ONLINE) at SMP through access to the link at https://smp.upm.edu.my/
Local students who have financial problems can apply for payment deferral by sending an email to the Bursar's Finance Section, at the email address, bursar.student_ug@upm.edu.my
Please refer to the course schedule displayed in SMP and select another group that is more suitable.

Students need to refer to the ELEx Package Study Scheme found in the Undergraduate Study Program Guidebook obtained during registration at UPM.
New students are not allowed to change programs until they have completed the first two (2) semesters of study.

Credit transfer must be applied for through SMP and students must upload relevant supporting documents within the first 2 weeks of the semester starting. Please consult an Academic Advisor before applying for a credit transfer
For postgraduate programs ( Masters and PhD ), applicants must apply through the School of Graduate Studies , Universiti Putra Malaysia.
Graduate students who wish to obtain a letter of authorization must meet with their supervisors.
