The Student Initiative Music "The Journey of Pak Pandir" Entertains Many

Panggung Percubaan, UPM, Dec. 15, 2018 - Musical concert “The Journey of Pak Pandir” (directed by Kenny Lee Vui Keong, script written by Alwin Wong) was planned, designed and implemented fully by some 44 students of UPM Bachelor of Music Program through Music Circle, and has also involved UPM students of other programs as singers and actors/actresses.

The orchestra (conducted by teaching fellow Mr Gerlad Ng) and the choir (guided by lecturer Mdm Ang Mei Fong) of Music Department provided perfomance for this musical commedy.

A lecturer and a group of students from Ocean Institue of Audio Technology had generously participated in handling sound reinforcement for this event.

The outcome was well received, and some 150 audience were charmed by the casts played by Mohd Khafif Aniq bin Mohd Khir (Pak Pandir), Suzianti Jaimin, Adlina binti Jamaludin, Norshahilla binti David , Cheng Chin Yee, Clive Wasilin, Tan Shing Ming, and Teoh Hui Sim.
